The work life balance and the freedom to choose any of the projects and tech stack.

Dislikes

The salary is really low for a fresher. And only other benefits present is the health insurance. There are no extra benefits present as in free certifications etc.

The project releases could be a little organised, but since it's a small team it does not cause any major issues.
