Acttualy there is no work calture !! Only threat calture to sales team & wheneve some franchise or collection center would be stablished then management would be remove from service of that particular teritorry sales person instead of of a logistics boy !! Worst company ,& also reports are not authentic to. So my experience was horrible from there.
