Supportive team members as well as the other staff members. Dr Raj nagarkar the guy who owns the hospital is polite and only guy who motivates u and it would be like an honor working for him and some fellows working with him plus the senior doctors are very humble and respected. Now the cons is in the management not the doctors and its listed below

Politics is much more than the parliament, no growth in the organization, salary doesn't justify at all for 12 hours of working shift and the seniors some are extremely nice but some are not even worth looking let alone having a conversation with them. Working with colleagues and nursing staff is a good experience. Nursing team and doctors work well together with great understanding. It's just hospital is under staff.

Dislikes

Management and higher authority is a big disappointment. Management gives more importance to documentation part rather than actual clinical part. Always impose any rule on their own and if denied then you'll be getting LOP even if you over worked yourself for that day. Management doesn't want to know what's going on at ground level until and unless there's some severe issue....Read More
