its not a good company because they always think about his benifits .my performance appraisal after 20 months whn i ask to hR department they say we are having oct and march system u r joined us in 5oct so ur incremnt will done in after 18 mnths .after this tim i go n say give my increment they say we are working on this matter and finally may months last my increment is done and after 1 april i get the incremnt and in this they cut my pf and bonus at all i get only 1300rupee incremnt ... according to my knowledge i will never reffer to my friends to in this hospital and patients also.....and other thinks doctors and staff are really nice but HCg hospital managment or HR department is so much poor ..and bonus cut in my salary 250₹ after 18 months they give me 12 month bonus according to 250₹...what is this ...it is a corporate hospitals..i really shamefull myself i was worked here 2.5yrr ..but i worked not for money i was worked for my future experience letter .thanks...Read More
