The working environment in health & glow very good and we can learn a lot of things each and every day which are helps to improve our career in our life.

Dislikes

Salary is descent but it will take some time more than your expectation to grow in your career path.

Growth is not there. The person working 4years he is still in base level.. he knows each and everything about the process. But no growth and there is no salary Hike also.

Dislikes

They are offering good opportunities and good salaries who are joining now (new employees) not for whom have been working for years for company a very horrible partiality for employers who are working hardly from years.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
