Too much areas to handle alone which is good for learning , but is also not good for health as there is no one to support your work but expect deliveries

Dislikes

Very unhealthy work environment, too much politics and biasness, people with non valid relationship, no appreciation even if you deliver way above the expectation. They will kick you if you make voice about any of above areas as I was.

The manager & the head of the department is toxic. They would never consider you as a human and same person. For them, your sickness, your current situation & constraints does not matter. They would bully you, mock you, yell at you. The TL in particular has a habit of putting people under the bus to save himself. He doesn't has the capacity to close positions all by himself (without the help of consultancy or the team). Once in a month the entire team will gather to mock people and their problems. Only those who are favourite has the liberty to come late, take wfh and what not. During the weekdays, the team used to be vanished from the floor for almost half a day (only few people used to be on floor, they were not called in as they were not part of the group) for lunch during the work hours!! Nothing as such, As a team leader in the HR department, he falls short of what it takes to be a true leader. He lacks the ability to motivate the team and often acts more like a "Don" than a leader. If we set aside the issues with the team leader, everything else here is great to work with.

Company is good. But they are having worst staff. Who are here in this company around 4-5 years. No authority no power is in store manager's hand. Only area manager will decide even the roster. And one of the worse thing is that know other brand will consider your experience here. Don't waste your time. And don't spoil your future.
