I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in car parking. Company is in a developing stage, getting new orders from outside india.Company have a good future, our technology is latest and reliable. We have satisfactory customers. I have both site and inplant duty. About 130 staffs working in the company from different cultures.
