This company is having toxic environment. Neither we were working here for appraisal nor working for incentives. Only we were working for our job pressure. That time was like a trauma for me. In the starting they told me the working hours are 8-9 hrs. After joining it was 12-15 hrs.

There is no in our timings even for their female staff, they also had to sit in office till 9pm. Rude employees. Coperate politics is there. No growth. You have to work for 10 years to get on role.
