Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Work at credila initially is good but with time the incentive don’t motivate you ,its the culture, expectations of 11-12 hours daily work is not possible. Unrealistic targets being set & then called upon on not being met is done nowadays.

This company is having toxic environment. Neither we were working here for appraisal nor working for incentives. Only we were working for our job pressure. That time was like a trauma for me. In the starting they told me the working hours are 8-9 hrs. After joining it was 12-15 hrs.
