Job security equivalent to a Government sector job.

Dislikes

Not much focus given on learning and growth. You'll find a comfort zone like in a government sector job but it comes at the price of growth. Highly unsuitable for freshers but good for already stable IT professionals who are looking for stability over growth.

Work Details

Boring and not so creative work. HCL feels 'not so creative' when it comes to working and/or learning. The only good thing is very less work pressure but it creates a comfort zone not good for growth.

Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
