Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HCL is basically a a**hole company with cunning HRs and Managers. Their main intention is how to make employees then they will force u sign a bond which will be of two years. Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
