I was happy working over there for sometime but then there was a pressure to maintain a minimum talktime of 3 minutes and minimum of 20 connected calls, just like a BPO straight even if somebody doesn’t want to talk too still we have to extend the call. I’m a Dietitian but over there there was a script and we were supposed to just ask how are you doing and if in case you’re able to follow the diet given by the clinical nutritionist. Almost the same I’ve highlighted above and moreover we guyz were the backbone of the company during Covid times but when we got Covid positive, we were not given paid leaves. Strange right? There was no recognition, no rewards nothing. I’ve learned what Office politics is from this company only. You have to be a buttery person if you have to in good terms with higher management.

Work Details

Work life was worst as the working hours were 9:30-6:30 but they used to arrange the team calls at 6:30 which tends to exceed till 7:30 and sometimes 8.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
