Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent. There is a huge canteen. Company policies are some times good, appraisals are not fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Politics are more.

The job is interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

nicely supporting the employees, giving salaries with out delay. Paid the salaries during lock down period also. Nicely taking care of safety wise also
