Generally i want say that Hawkins organization is best of one of comparision to other organization . There are only 8 hours working times a one days and and good relationship b/w worker and management and also fast growth in this company.

Starting salary is good but later you realise that salary is not increasing as per inflation. It becomes stagnant.

If you joined as Management trainee it doesn't you will get confirmed. It depends upon mood of CEO. No exposure to skill development Zero adaptability towards modern technology

You will get to know what it is like to work 12-14hrs a day nonstop without any appreciation

Everything in the company is decided by one person, no scope of growth as you will feel stuck after 2-3 years without any promotion, many a times CTC of the employee falls down as they control the CPI to be given to employee which directly impacts the salary by a huge margin (not even inflation hike is given after year end)
