I have been working with this Group for 8 years which is really good. Management gives freedom to do job and encourage always.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bit of worry. I am working for more than 12 hours sometimes and regularly 10 hours.

Work Details

My job is with Havas Worldwide India is always challenging. I have to look after complete accounting. Raising estimate, connecting vendors and looking after the job completion. I am always available for My clients and vendors and sales force.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
