Just like government job, work is more but no pressure to complete work immediately.quarter facilities are good but food and rent of house are very high.freedom of everything.

It's good to work here. It is like a school where new students come and learn about the working process through which they go any other companies where they can work any level of stress.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are very very poor at low level. Also it cuts half of your salary from CTC. If you have any strong connection here then you can get promotion otherwise not that good. Company culture is good for Gujaratis not for out of this state. If you work in shift then forget about your week-off. They don't give your week-off as per your requirement.
