If u dn wnt to do new things now & settled somewhere, well, this is d place! Good surrounding green environment & clean air. No hectic working environment. I think this is not the place for young & exploring persons.

Management not much appreciating.. Internal politics.. not well defined SOPs.. Rules are not same for all the employees.. It is Village area which is 30 kms away from the veraval town. No entertainment facilities at all.

All polcies are manupulated between Gujrati vs. non gujrati employee. 5. After resignation they torture you, if u want releive before three month. 6. In short if you are local, they come to join for govt. Job, no hikes, promotion biased, oldest technology, less working hands, all labour local-they do jobs as per they mood, dont come here to join salary structure also poor, no benefit except govt. Working at the head office might be decent, but for freshers in the branch offices, it's a nightmare. Regional Heads are unhelpful, and the HR support is almost non-existent. Freshers get little to no guidance, and it's tough to grow in such an environment. Not a great place to start your career

Salary benefits are very very poor at low level. Also it cuts half of your salary from CTC. If you have any strong connection here then you can get promotion otherwise not that good. Company culture is good for Gujaratis not for out of this state. If you work in shift then forget about your week-off. They don't give your week-off as per your requirement.
