Progress going on but operating the job remotely,can't visit the site, it's our greatest problem.

Dislikes

More busey than usual time, spend more time for the job operating and lots of tension about job quality and productivity.

Work Details

Environment development, like :- Industrial green planning, eco park, massive Plantation scheme in different angles, reuse of industrial scrape materials for beautification, Art & culture etc.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
