When I received the offer letter, I thought I must try. I times small organisation is also best place to learn.

Few days back, I was shocked after coming to office. I have heard that owner of the company terminated 4 employees with out salary. The employees also lodged complaint to the local police station. And one of them is the HR of the company. I was so demotivated after hearing the news, I feel like leave the company instantly. But I have submitted my resignation. But now the new HR of the company is telling that they will not provide any salary in the notice period. This organisation is a scam. everything is good, I joined the company 6 months back, attached good bonding with every colleage and the Project Manager or CEO is very cool minded person. If you are doing your 100% they will guide you with any error and help to learn Better.
