Being a Government Organisation, HSIIDC provides independence in work and job security. As a professional diversified work in legal profile are handled in legal division and other divisions. I worked independently while working on litigation in branch office and also worked as team member in Legal Division in Head Office. However salary increase in fixed pattern with time bound promotions but professional independence is provided while working . Although there is ample independence while working with different divisions but sometime the work demand to take decisions on the issues which are not directly related to the scope of work.
