Harvest International School is a residential school in Ludhiana offering the Cambridge syllabus.The school uses the most innovative ways of teaching and has smart class rooms and the teachers use the latest technology for teaching and learning.There are students from different parts of India and some of them are from other nationalities.It provides ample facility to the students in sports specially in Tennis as it has numerous Tennis courts.The work environment is good and stress is laid on work life balance for the students....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high and being a residential school one is expected to be on the toes all the time.And the biggest drawback is that there is no job security as it is a Private educational institutions.

Work Details

Busy with long working hours.Interesting with the kids during study hours or in the play field or Tennis courts.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
