- Good culture - My director CFOsir & Account head sir very knowledgeable and helpful - company having strong ethic - company supporting all its employees in these times also - company has very strong goodwil and track record with all stakeholders

- work life balance sometime is issue - people who join new, old employees think that they know everything and don’t listen to new people - leaves should be more - HR department take a lot of time in approving things

Its truly a Great Place to work. Where other companies had simply laid off people in massive amount. The Hartek team discussed all options with team members and not even a single lay off in Covid time. Everybody getting below 20,000 salary is getting full salary. Times like these give you motivation to work for a long term
