Good Opportunity to start the carrier with Experience

It's good for fresher because company is given all types training to employee and many opportunities to work, but sometimes work is excellent but not receive reword so it's cose for change the job and working style.

Work Details

Currently i have manage production planning role in the company, than I have daily check production sedual order position yield and Inventory in shop floor product and raw material and make plans day to day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
