they use ancient code and programming methods that i felt like i am living in a stone age or something so i have started to be comfortable with the environment

no proper management to control the work flow ,no client communication knowledge and no career growth, work life balance is so poor to the employees and even in break time management is so strict that they doesn't want employees to talk with each others .in sometime they terminate some.
