Harman automotive underwent a management change 2 yrs back and this year alot of people were fired. I do believe management was more at fault as they were unable to bring in sales and customers. The appraisal is not in the hands of an employee anymore. Employees are assigned to spaces decided by the manager and if the spaces perform you are lucky else the hike goes for a toss irrespective of the work you have put in your day to day job....Read More
