If you are a fresher, there is Lot of things to learn like importance of team work, interactions with the Seniors to discuss & take decisions, they delegate the work and we have to apply our own thought process for managing the work

Dislikes

Working days are from Monday to Saturday. In my view, giving two days holidays in a week will generate more output in 5 days instead of working in 6 days

Work life is quite interesting. I enjoyed each & every work which they have given like related to data mining, power point presentation, excel related work, got to know about how businesses work
