इस कंपनी के मालिक को MD ने लूट लिया, जिसके कारण ये Press अब बंद हो चुकी हैं। कंपनी के मालिक mumbai में रहते हैं, और दिल्ली के ब्रांच ऑफिस को एक Managing Director के हाथ में दिया था जिसका नाम है Anuj Gupta, इस बंदे ने Harbour Prees को पूरी तरह से लूट लिया और इस MD ने अपनी एक अलग से कंपनी स्टार्ट करदी Harbour Press के पैसों से ही, और Harbour Press का काम धीरे धीरे अपने Indian Unniversity Press में करने लगा, जब ये बात Mumbai में बैठे कंपनी के मालिक को बता चला तो उन्होंने इस अनुज गुप्ता चोर को धक्के मारकर कंपनी से हटा दिया। ये अनुज गुप्ता harbour press के पैसे से मौज करता था, कंपनी में एक लड़की को रखा था जिसके साथ वो गलत संबंध बनाता था, और उसको कंपनी के पैसे से extra salary पे करता था। ये अनुज गुप्ता चोर है, बेइमान हैं, Employees के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार नहीं करता था। मैं इसकी कंपनी में काम करता था, इसने मुझे टॉर्चर किया हमेशा।...Read More

Bunch of stupid peoples who consider themselves as god. If you are late by 1 min, you have to stay for 30 min, otherwise theese idiots would cut half day salary. No professionalism, typical baniya ki chaaplusi wali naukri. There is a lady, vasundhra she is so ill mannered and idiot. God save the employees from her.

If you are a fresher, there is Lot of things to learn like importance of team work, interactions with the Seniors to discuss & take decisions, they delegate the work and we have to apply our own thought process for managing the work

Dislikes

Working days are from Monday to Saturday. In my view, giving two days holidays in a week will generate more output in 5 days instead of working in 6 days

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
