Poor appraisal to women who was on ML. Forceful WFO. No matter what problem you may have, you have to WFO as per management. Tech people has to do proposal work. This is really insane work and tech people really don't like to work with proposal team. Management is not interested to retain talented people. I don't have words to mention it as very worst company to work with. Company is driven by some of the higher management people. Some of the people are stick to their position in organization but do nothing apart from making showoffs. There is no career growth or job security in this organisation. Managers play with one's career justto keep their position intact in an organisation. There is lot of politics<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
