Everything is perfect. Received salary full year in online classes time. I wish Corona goes and I get to work there again.

I was responsible for Nursery and activity classes which they have. I took care of feeding kids, creating lessons for classes, providing daily updates, ptm, field trip, parent handover etc.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have worked for a long period in Happy Minds as a Centre Manager. I had given the full center responsibility. My center had a soft and learning culture as this is the way I am and my responsibility was to keep it that way. My senior trusted me and supported me always, so I had full authority to run and change things per my wish. I could hire as many staff when needed. Salary was way better than other preschools. It was good overall as a Centre Manager I made sure training, growth, salary, work balance were taken care for all the employees and didis.
