Actually, I am not Dislike Hanwha E&C Company. but I am not a permanent employee in Hanwha, I am working in BNCP in IRAQ Project contractual based.

I am working Information Technology Part as IT Support Engineer. Basically, I will Support to every Staff (Korean, Iraqi & Bangladesh) Computer Hardware & Network Support.

Working culture is quite good. Managers are really supportive. Salary is more consistent than your breath here.

Dislikes

Vacation policies are different for every project going around. I think there should be consistency regardless of project. Accomodation & other facilities need to be improved as that makes employees more happy after tiring work whole day. Discrimination Gap b/w TCN & korean employee needs to be shortened as that makes people feel more bad when all we are humans & earning for same bread.
