Hansa green is a good company by management skills and technology experience but there is a issue of timely salary /Convence which is come 1 month hold and waiting in a row then 3 month comes Convence of 1 months . Hansa green good company if your package is enough to maintain 3 months convence of your own expenses. Second thing ispampering person required here due to management keep his own thoughts of working style .In 3 months you have to give bussiness mom growth....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
