This a very old brands. But all time you have visite store. Store are amazing and liveness in-store. Culture is very good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of people in management so. No transparency. All employees are payrolls. Staff is very enthusiastic.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It’s being a good experience working with hamleys. I love the fact that I am a part of that organisation that has high quality goods and a huge customer response. I learn there how to come with a positive approach to the critical situations. Overall it has given me the great learnings.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
