external forces/outsourced business partners has good control on the HQ team which is poison for this business. In india they have outsourced HR, Finance, warehouse and even sales team and worse part is outsourced business leader/country head, which is not allowing them to have their own team set-up in India. such a beautiful product and still market share is less than many china brands, since sales team is pathetic....Read More

Joining Hamilton has become such a worse decision of my career. Please be careful & dont get carried away even with their pay offer/other lucrative things until unless you are okay to get mold into their bribery habits with distributors & out
