They not clear all the class timings before joining, and after you joined You will know that there is problems with the class timings which is in morning from 7:45 am to 2:15 Pm then the major issue comes that you to had to take classes also from 5:00 Pm to 7:00 Pm.

Dislikes

Chairman Hanif Barvatiya is a two-faced person. He cheats and even shows partial behaviour towards the staffs. Pressures the staffs for extra classes after school. Behaves very differently with some of his colleagues. His son Sahil Barvatiya the director of this institution shows rude behaviour towards the staffs and even he shows partial behaviour towards his ladies staff.

this academic insitution provides many great opportunities in fields of sports and also in the eduction field 6-5 universities have visits for providing good job security to students just after passing 12th and for borders great relation with their wardens like their own kids

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
