Likes

Work environment was good and homely. Working staff and the management were quite supportive. Salary was given on time. Was able to learn new things.

Dislikes

Salary was less and work pressure was more. Conveyancing was little difficult. Career growth was slow.

Work Details

My work was to make and attend phone cals and also to look after the despatch work. I enjoyed my work even though it was hectic. The whole team was quite supportive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
