I arrived in Cyprus to start a project i was the only one there the equipment was in such a bad state i had to work on other projects work..On board the vessel we sailed on all the work force left the vessel only me and another lad stayed onboard.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
