During my time at Haldiram, I encountered numerous challenges. Communication was lacking, and management was poor. As a designer, I was provided with outdated hardware, an i3 system, despite the availability of AI technology. This resulted in frequent crashes with the design software, which was often cracked and unlicensed, making auto back-ups impossible. The IT staff lacked sufficient skills and often relied on us for file setups and troubleshooting. Internal communication was conducted through personal WhatsApp accounts, lacking a centralized platform like MS Teams or Basecamp. Additionally, email attachments were limited to 8 MB, causing inconvenience. There was no established protocol for file management, and the company lacked proper servers for storing design files, resorting to WeTransfer's free plan with a 2 GB limit, leading to frequent file resending. Overall, the company's lack of awareness about modern tools and technology resulted in numerous bugs and errors during work. For the job security company is very good. But if you want grow yourself, so here is no place to grow. Just take experience I mean work 1 or 2 years and take jump another company. Don't stay ln long term. Company overall good.
