Likes

Few employees are supportive. Good access to senior management at plant. Management is supportive when employees are in distress. Salary/ benefits are good and at par with industry. Township is good. Good terminal benefits. Openness to learning.

Dislikes

Inadequate medical infrastructure. Nepotism. Some people have the tendency to 'stab from back'. Poor promotion policy. No functional training is given as per requirement. No scope for sponsoring higher studies. Discrimination with old and sincere employees. Weak HR policies. No sanctioned vacancies in any department. No appreciationfor real good work. No transparency in recruitment of experienced persons. On line systems are complicated. So many DGMs, GMs, SGMs, CGMs, very uncommon in industries. Very high attrition rate. No officers association....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
