Work life cannot be balanced here because, an employee is always underestimated. People cannot learn anything here Because there is no pattern of work.

Dislikes

Politics is a big thing here. You will not even know that the person being good to you has already dug your grave. Few Bosses are ruthless, brainless as well. The growth of a team or an employee would stay restricted because of such bosses. And most importantly, you are made to feel like a slave at times.
