Negotiating Salary for a jr.Design Engineer Role in Dubai - Seeking Advice

I’ve recently been selected for Junior mechanical design engineer at a well-known company in Dubai, UAE, with a salary offer of AED 5.5K per month. The offer does not include food or accommodation. I have 4 years of experience in mechanical design , and I’m wondering if this offer is competitive for my experience and the cost of living in Dubai.
Given that Dubai is known for its high living costs, particularly in terms of housing and food, I’m considering whether I should negotiate a higher salary or ask for other benefits (like accommodation or meal allowances). I’d love to hear your thoughts or any advice from those who have experience working in Dubai. Is AED 5.5K fair for someone with my level of experience, or should I aim for more? What’s the best approach to negotiate effectively in this market?
