There is coordination between internal teams and togetherness for the completion of work is fine here.

Dislikes

There should have been little more planning in projects, apart from that correspondence and approvals should be taken care more. There should be training for individuals growth, good safety culture to be implemented with weekly safety class and cover all for labors.
