Compensation was decent, but the growth is slow. There is a lot of communism which I faced in the company. Employee of same region worked well together where are others are looked down up on. Senior employees judge others not on the basis of how the employee work rather on the basis of their lifestyle. Specially HR department does nothing for employment engagements.
