I have been working here since 2013.I have been through alot.I didn’t like the working environment here.Now,it has become a political institute.Its been 5 years now.And I have seen a lot of changes here.Everyone is playing their own game.Staff is quite good and co-operative.Bt I think the main cause are the establishers of the institute.

Dislikes

Compensation is fine,but growth is slow.The burden is not much but there is mental pressure all the time.I don’t feel like going there most of the times.I don’t feel mentally satisfied here.
