Stupidest HR leadership Old employees have formed a fungus in the org (they don't go, they don't let new ones come) HR Team works completely on personal relations Not one person discusses about channelized organic growth. Everyone just dodges escalations and blames things on others

Our growth in HC will provide you insights on how we have managed and developed to make numbers even in pandemic . The job security is questionable everywhere, however my company does Performance evaluation regularly and ensures to provide valid feedback which will make things workable. Overall a good company to work for.

We are start up and we need time to grow and mature in our culture; so the industry and other companies knows us well. And no variable pay which undoubtedly disappoibts me when I see other friends and family of mine making money every year as a variable pay.

I really love the organisation culture and the supporting management.

Benifits and the pay rate are very low compared with other firms. Also, we won't get expected Hike, and the HR policies are worst.

Over all its really good, the higher management will support us in every aspect. But the main concern is only with hike and salary increment. Also benifits are not up to the mark!
