There is a lot of inter and intra departmental politics. Juniors are almost always targeted amd blamed for anything that happens be it anyone at fault.

Work Details

It was a nice experience overall. I have learnt a lot of skills from my colleagues, juniors and seniors. Beginning of the job was amazing but then COVID came and along with COVID, i was introduced with workplace politics.
