The institution have very qualified lecturer staff and all of them are very supportive.The higher faculty is also very helpful and cooperative with their staff members.Many workshops and seminars have taken by the institution for staff as well as students which built their confidence and knowledge.Bus facility ,Canteen facility isthere.Healthy working environment is there so that staff will be comfortable....Read More

Rather working environment is very good but there is salary issue.Salary wasn't regular.We have to work in holidays also.Other than teaching they wants us to do administrative work which is not our job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
