When they closed one division, they made resign all employees. Not even considered COVID situation or to move employees to other departments nor discussion made. One of the worst companies I have ever seen in my entire 7-year career. I just completed 1 year here, and in this time, I have witnessed numerous issues. The senior manager refuses to grant us leavesāneither Indian holidays nor client holidays. Whenever a holiday is approaching, he always comes up with some new issue to keep us occupied. Every day, we are subjected to his unnecessary lectures and are forced to prepare manual trackers because he wants to know what we were doing every single minute. This behavior from the senior manager is highly frustrating. Additionally, there are so many other issues I haven't even mentioned here. As for the onshore FCs, over the past year, they set up a new finance center in India, and we are part of the pilot batch. We have given our 100% to clear the backlog and streamline the processes. Despite receiving appreciation from all the FCs throughout the year, when it comes to appraisals, they suddenly claim that they donāt like the performance of the India team and suggest replacing us with new workers.
