I had a few complaints in the beginning when I joined the company but once I got settled here, everything went well for me. Always remember that everyone has to do some hardwork to prove themselves in the beginning no matter which company you join. But once you're settled, there is no going back :)

It is a great organisation which enables a fresher to learn a lot and kick start a good career ahead, condition being you would need to do effort from your side also. Whichever team you go, you will get everyone is ready to help. One can have great mentorship if you are lucky. I am surrounded by kind people, all of them seem to be very supportive emotionally, nobody forces in doing in anything, but does make sure things get done somehow. In terms of skill development accenture does provide lot of learning resources. salary benefits are comparatively better than most service based companies
