GOCL Corporation Limited is the place where work and life can be managed very easy and the Work Pressure is very moderate with respect to the manpower available.Most of the sections are not automatic so the entire responsibility with be on the supervision team and safety is give first Priority. Inter personal skills and knowledge ofwork is very moderate because of the established process nothing much to improve in terms of process.Payments and Other allowances are provided but not in the desired speed. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
