Good work-life balance and culture as a contract based employment. Break time is quite sufficient. Organizational summits are impressive.

Wasting of paper copies is huge. No direct leader or responsible person for any mess. Less number of permanent employees increases the burden on them plus on visitors and normal public can't get their work done on time. No ambitions! Just doing work on daily basis priority which doesn't enhance skills but work load. Permanent employees may get transfer of few days in a week to another city which make them frustrated. The work profile is completely related to my graduation and post graduation degree of Masters in Environment Management. I always wanted a work life balance which I am able to achieve as it's a government job so I get free time for my family. As it's a government job I have a security for my self. The work environment is really goodand I got so many new things to learn during my four year of work experience.
